TNA Knockout to have Her Head Shaved Bald (no sexually explicit title for this one)

RUMOR: |TNA| TNA announced through their text messaging service that a Knockout will have her head shaved if she loses an upcoming match. Details are scarce at the moment, but this may be a continuation of Cornette coming down hard on the women wrestlers this past Thursday on iMPACT!.

RUMOR: |TNAWN| It looks like Payton Banks is done with TNA for now. It’s being reported that she could not handle TNA and was working on a per-night basis anyway.

Man I’m an idiot. I posted the Payton Banks story on the main WrestlingBlog site instead of this one. And I was wondering why no one was commenting on that post because it can’t be that TNA WrestlingBlog is updated once a week. No, that can’t be the reason because I know what the fans want and they want consistent TV results once a week produced by someone else not affiliated with this website. That’s called hard work, look it up sometime.

Anyway, the report actually says Payton “was in over her head.” Did she have a bad match at the PPV or something? Did she mess up or something? I don’t get it because she seemed to fit in well. I’n not that really upset that she’s (possibly) gone, but I thought she had something to give to the Women’s Division.

And I think the shaving a female’s head is a nice way to get the women to “shape up” sorta speak. And I hope Cornette continues his wrath on the Women’s Division. But it better not continue on with these stipulations because I can easily see TNA having other stipulations like a “Pie in the Face” match or “Dye Your Hair Purple” match or even the popular “Insert Ridiculous Stipulation Here That TNA Comes Up With and Have Don West Go 13-Year Old Crazy About It.” Hopefully the matches that come afterwards will be Grudge Matches, Falls Count Anywhere or, dare I say it, an Ironwoman’s match. The angle of Cornette putting the women through the ringer is great and I hope TNA uses this wisely to make the women look strong, competent and deliver some great matches.
